SBE & Self Assessment tests

When taking the “Are you ready to Start Your Own Business?”  I was a little surprised I scored as well as I did. Almost all but one was a yes, the question asking if I have ever worked in a managerial or supervisory capacity? To be honest no I have not I was always the one running around making sure I was doing my job, seeing what I could help with and making the customer happy. My results were I am ready and well on my way to being an entrepreneur. I know in my whole career I always had a passion to finding a problem and trying to solve it. I love making the customer happy with their final results.

The second test we took was the “Go Forth Institute.” Even knowing it was a long test I really had to sit down and really think about all the questions.  Going step by step I noticed technical skills inventory I need a little more training. For the business skills inventory I also need a little more training. With education I have passed all the way up till this point and I am planning on graduating in Fall of 2015. The experience part no I have never had the chance in the business world of being a manager. I was surprised when I scored 100 on wisdom and judgment I thought I would have been borderline.

The passion part I laugh at for the question asked “Nothing will stand in my way”. To be honest here, here are many things that could. For example money, I am a full time double major student. I still till this day take pictures. But this question made me think right now at this moment I may not be full ready. But I am ready enough to keep pushing for my dream. With the faith and commitment I scored a four-nine out of a 50. The rest were in the 40s.
